A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. We just had the Best lunch at Fleet Landing today! Got in just before the rain began and Ryan took great care of us. Our drinks (5 of us had their Delicious Bloody Mary's) were yummy and all the dishes were great. The flooding was affecting traffic & about 3 cabs couldn't get to us; Ryan called Scoop free cab & got all 6 of us back to the Visitors Center. A great experience on a lousy day. Thanks Ryan!

Our waiter Brendon Johnson was terrific. He made us laugh and our whole family fell in love with him. Our food was delicious too!
Hands down one of the best in Charleston !! The food is no joke and the staff (Bar) are so on top of there game !!
Amazing place! My family and I have been there a few times now and the food is always great and very fresh. There lunch specials are nice and they wont break the bank. Weather you live here or are visiting I highly recommend this place.

Excellent service and terrific food! It was worth the 40-60 minute wait!! If you go during the summer any later than 6:30 there was 1 1/2 hour wait.
