A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. It really sucks they won't take a reservation for 9 people since we are coming from out of town for a birthday. Heard lots of great things but this is a huge let down.

Hi Christine - was this reservation request for tonight? We fill up pretty far in advance. But we always accept walk-ins and would invite you to enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar while you wait for a table!
As a server, I am not easily impressed by restaurants. This was not the case from the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the door. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, while still modern and fun. The hostess greeted s with a friendly smile, and accommodated us quickly. Our server, David, was fantastic as well!!! I am extremely picky when the comes to food and David went out of his way to make sure I would expect satisfied with my meal. And boy was i?! Reasonable prices, amazing food and customer service! Very cool busy spot on the water with some great history! Recommended from a local!
My favorite place to bring an out of town guest! The perfect balance of fun & fancy for my taste. Love the Flounder as well as the Calamari appetizer!
