A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Great food, view and service. Would go again. Love the shrimp.
Well worth the 30 minute wait for lunchtime seating. The shrimp & grits were just simply delicious (and I'm not really a fan of grits!). Our waitress was pleasant and friendly. Great experience!

Beautiful view with wonderful food. I could have sat there all night just for the food and view. The wait staff was knowledgeable about menu and drink. A place you must go to when visiting Charleston
We went for dinner on our anniversary while visiting Charleston. Took us 30 minutes to get a parking space. We were thinking I hope this place is worth this. It was! Service was fast and friendly. We asked about two dishes we had never tried before. Server highly recommended both so we took a chance. Food was amazing! Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. We will definitely go back on our next trip to Charleston!
