A former US Navy debarkation point built in 1942, Fleet Landing lay vacant after World War II. Located on the eastern waterfront side of the Historic District, the 6000 square-foot (557 square-meter) concrete building was purchased by Tradd Newton in 2004. Really cool old building, my husband got the shrimp and grits and these were amazing. My meal was great too. Pasta salad with sundries tomatoes, mm,mmm. Sit out on the porch, just do it. It makes the meal. Thanks!

RecommendedVisited here last night for the first time. Grilled swordfish with honey ginger glaze was really good. The shrimp and grits I tasted from a friend that was with us was the best I've ever had. Wished I got that. From a southern boy take my advice and get the shrimp and grits!!!
Incredible staff and food! Graduation party of 12 on a busy Saturday (Spoleto & cruise ship). Our waiter Lucas was fabulous! He was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Between appetizers and entrees - every plate was cleaned!
