Had a meeting with Alex at Flawless in Manchester. Really easy to find above the White company! I wanted to buy a ring out of my dads inheritance so it had to be right! My daughter came with me as Alex had also designed a ring for her previously! I wanted a pink diamond which Alex found me one. He wasn’t happy with the first diamond so he phoned me to discuss options and then chose me a better one. I have had my ring for 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it! I can’t stop looking at it! It’s so sparkly!

Great customer service from Alex. Beyond happy with the end product! I would highly recommend going into the store to get advice, they show a great level to detail and don’t try to force you into making a decision. Also, a quick turnaround at a competitive price!

I discussed my ring requirements either Ish over WhatsApp’s over a couple of months. Really helped me understand the different styles and specification of rings, also managed to change my engagement last minute! Would really recommend

i lost my wedding ring some months ago i contacted my insurance but they were unable to source anything like the original. I went on line and looked at 100's of rings and then found the almost exact match from Flawless in London i was pleased to see they also have a office in Manchester.
