I throughly enjoyed my experience with Flawless Fine Jewellery, sourcing, designing, and crafting my fiancée’s engagement ring. Flawless were able to do what other jewellers couldn’t or wouldn’t do! From my first consultation through to the collection, it was a pleasure dealing with Alex at the Manchester showroom, as well as the staff in the London Hatton Garden showroom. I was clueless when I wanted to propose to my now fiancée, not knowing where to start but knowing what she liked. Flawless was the visit I made having seen good reviewed, I had a viewing with Mars and we spent an hour going through options, what’s important and judging what would work. The service was fantastic, so knowledgeable and not sales or pushy in the slightest it really felt like solid advice and I left knowing more about the process and what I wanted. She said yes! I had an appointment with Alex in the Manchester store after being impressed with the choices online. Alex was incredible, well spoken, well dressed and really friendly. I went with my now fiancèe and he made her feel involved and important throughout the decision making process. We chose a setting we had not considered online and fell in love with it in person, so I would definitely recommend going in store and looking at all the stones and settings, not every ring will suit every finger.
