I had the best experience with Kelly, who is so welcoming and accommodating. She did a beautiful toned highlight. I watch Kelly with the children’s haircuts which she is just incredible with. Particularly those with SEN she is so patient , kind and caring, I’ve not seen an unhappy child yet. The salon is such a lovely place where I always feel so relaxed and welcomed. It has such a friendly atmosphere

What a lovely team ! Had my hair done by Jamie. I asked for balayage and he did such a good job, it was well blended & I would definitely recommend him. Jamie did a better job than some salons I've been to with really experienced colourists. Laura was really lovely & welcoming. The salon is stunning, so much thought has gone into it. I was very impressed. I was well looked after. I will be back.

My daughter had her 7th Birthday at Flawless! Absolutely amazing party, everyone LOVED it! Laura and Ava took care of everything. The girls enjoyed making lip balms, having facials, nail painting, tattoos, hair and make up and ending with a catwalk! The most special party for anyone who loves Barbie and Pink! Thanks Laura and the Flawless Team 🩷

The salon is nice and the staff are very sweet. But I had an appointment booked for a massage and facial, waited for nearly a hour before being told she had to cancel. Which couldn’t be helped but warning would have been nice instead of sitting there waiting for so long. These things happen but definitely not a good first impression
