Matt’s a great PT, working to my objective of getting stronger to avoid injury at work, making it fun and varied each session, knowing how to get me motivated and we have some good chats. The gym itself is spotlessly clean and equipped with lots of quality equipment.
Great small gym space. Fully kitted out with quality equipment. Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive PT makes the hour session fly in.
