We had to have a supervisor come to the room due to the room not being clean when we checked in. The bathroom was very dirty including the toilet didn't flush at first. I come to the Dells often but this is my first and last time staying at this motel.
5 stars for sure! Staff and management were top notch! We wanted an affordable classic motel and this had the perfect touch. Stay was very pleasant no complaints for anything all my questions and concerns were answered and taken care of by the awesome crew they have here. Room was great for relaxing after a long day of enjoying our time around the dells. Keep up the great work you guys we'll be back for sure!
I just want to rave about what a positive experience I had in the dells this past weekend with this establishment. We live in a day and age in which people are all too easy to complain about their bad experiences and never say a word about the good. That said, the service and accommodations I experienced at the Flamingo was top notch! My check in was next to immediate when I got there and my room was almost overly clean! We stayed in the remodeled rooms and received 2 park wrist bands for 2 days. We will be back again. Loved it!
Great place to go. Great people great staff. Right in the dells can't beat the location.
You're only paying these exorbitant room price to have Noah!s Ark within walking distance and free park tickets. Nothing good about the room. Will never stay here again! All staff was AWESOME!!!!
