Still hate calling them 3+ times to get my money back for not staying there due to long check in time, AC not working, and room not being clean! Never going back! I do not recommend them to anyone and I never give bad reviews.....ugh! Still waiting on a "manager" to call me back after 2 weeks, 3 calls later, and 3 promises to call me back. They told me I would be 100% refunded! Then they go and charge my card.. Wish I would've read the (bad) reviews sooner!
I am at the flamingo Motel now and it is the worst place I have ever vacation at PERIOD. They charge iver a hundred dollars a night for very poor quality of service and rooms. I do not recommend anyone to go here Period.
The only thing that I have to complain about, the AC wasn't working properly
Stayed 2 nights here and received free 2 day pass to Noah's Ark. The room is nothing special, however it was clean. What I didn't like was we still had to drive and park to get to the waterpark, they had no shuttle, no wifi (it apparently was being worked on) and the staff really wasn't professional or helpful. I suggest staying elsewhere if you can.
I almost never leave bad reviews but this was horrible and I want to warn others. Literally dead bugs all over the floor, AND in the beds + hair/pubes. Absolutely filthy. Have multiple pictures if anyone needs proof. Smelled like vomit & was $300 for that night. Would've rather slept in the car. Had to find elsewhere to stay - when I walked in to check out in the morning there were two other people requesting refunds. It's NOT worth the free Noah's Ark pass at all. Nothing but respect from them and an amazing park
Was there for automotion for the 15th year. This was the worst experience i ever had. Arrived friday. Our socalled suite was a disaster. A/c had no power. We had no towels. We had no pillows. Front desk had that i dont give a shit attitude. We were promised towels ended up Saturday getting 3 for 6 people. Never received pillows. Had to go purchase our own. Saturday / Sunday someone set off the fire alarm and i watched all the hotel workes running around looking for the alarm panel no one knew where it was. What a joke. Been ... read more
Lost the keys to our rented house, had to sit and wait outside for an hour until someone came to open our door. Shortly after the maintenance crew came and changed locks, my wallet went missing that was on the table and was found in the garbage can with all my cash stolen. No hot water, had to go to a different hotel to shower, even after contacting them both days that we were without hot water. This is my second year renting here for automotion weekend and definitely my last.
