If I could give zero I would they show all these nice pics then put you in South hotel which is dump.Not all rooms have microwave.Front office is not open 24 hours. Saunas don't work.Pools aren't heated.
It was nasty!! The room smelled like old farts....and I am not talking about people. Slept maybe an hour due to the creepy feeling of the slanted beds and the ceiling looking like a body was hidden up in it. Flat screen tvs were advertised and free wi-fi. Well we had a thirteen inch RCA with one hillbilly channel and no Wi-Fi!! No way would I EVER even consider that dump again!!!
Poor service call for request towels because it was none I want to go to the room took get towels about 4 hours! First time and last time staying there!!
Horrible. Horrible. Do not stay here! Got a mini suite and it was a joke. Service is not 24hrs. They knew we were a party of six and did not have the sheets for the pull out. The room was gross and needs to be updated. Bugs and moldy a.c.. This place is not worth your money.
No people that stayed there and we're home when they looked and noticed fraudulent charges from this hotel on their card called to talk about it and accusations of illegal actions were accused to them and they charge the room more money than they should have and never contacted the proper authorities and refused to refund it would be very careful with these people never know what could happen they are real Shady
I am ranking the Flamingo five stars for what it is- a cheap place to stay that has basic amenities and then some. I was very surprised with my room, we were in a suite and it was very nice. We had a wet bar and a microwave and there were no issues with cleanliness! The facility is very nice, with a lot of pools which is fun! The outside decor is kitschy and all around everything is pretty great! Very reasonable pricing and you really get more than you pay for.
