Horrible customer service
The bathtub wasnt even cleaned, there was black stuff on one of the sheets, the window in the bathroom was cracked a bit (so when we finally checked in. the TP was soaked through) AFTER we showered, we looked at our feet and they were black so the floors weren't even cleaned.
Super Deluxe King Whirlpool Suite was nothing like the picture online. Supposed to be newly renovated. Moldy, musty, broken curtains, broken/missing screens, stains on carpet and counter, spiderwebs, spiders in faucet, broken drain stop, check filter light on AC - dryer sheet in AC instead, black mold in cabinet under bathroom sink, AND LIVE ANTS IN THE BED. Was told no one on site was authorized to give refund.
This place is beyond disgusting. Horrible customer service. We’re staying at the kalahari but came a day earlier so this was the only place available. I wouldn’t recommend this place to animals let alone humans. They even booked me a used room, that’s when I had enough and asked for a refund. You’re better off sleeping in your car lol ewwww
let's see for almost $200 the hot tub did not work my boys stepped on a tile the ladders in the pool only had one step at the very top of the waterline there two steps were missing go to the other side of the pool try to get out and it shook and it was crooked definitely no supervision in that pool no cameras or nothing life throwing device wasn't even available the emergency phone was clear up in another level and it went to the front desk or a lot of good that's going to do because when we got there was no remote to our TV... read more
blood stained mattresses... like murder scene blood stained. keys werent programmed and office is not on site. also not next door to noahs ark as advertised
Super bad place to stay. If you ever want to sleep over a mattress full of other peoples hair, this is your place. So disgusting. I didn’t get my full refund back because they made me pay for Noah’s Ark passes. The problems I had since I arrived, I should have been refund in full. Poor management decision there. I would really like to talk to the owner.
stayed here a number of times. this year late June was the worst ever. made reservations for a pool side room and there wasn't one in sight out of 5. love hot tubs but couldn't go in it because it was TOO hot. Staff was rude and just pushed us through. you could tell that they just wanted us to shut up and did not care about our concerns. housekeeping however was friendly and kind. will never return to this location, due to the inconvenience in our room and the staff. if they would have listened to my request and followed th... read more
