Absolutely not!!!!!!!! This place is disgusting and had left over garbage from the people before us under the beds, there’s one pool working and it’s dirty!! The first room we had they had a little fridge sitting on the floor on a piece of wood. Drapes are falling off the rods,I went down to the office to complain about our dirty room and the “ manager “ who btw looked 16 years old told me she couldn’t prove that it wasn’t our garbage so they weren’t giving a refund of anything but 15$ resort fee. Run down, dirty, poorly maintained pink boxes. The employees are friendly and helpful. Clearly owners don’t reinvest in their business.
Stayed there for the last two nights and needless to say, we will not be staying here again. To start out with they gave us a room that was already being occupied, Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor even when it wasn’t being used, and to top it all off there was bed bugs!! We could’ve stayed at any dive motel and had a better experience and not paid almost $400.

We didn’t get water park passes, the pools were drained, when we got there except one indoor pool on the others side of the premises. Our room wasn’t ready they gave us a room with no towels, no toilet paper, ext we get into a different room and there is dirty undies on the shelf. Yuk. we didn’t get chula vista tickets either. I was very disappointed. After asking for a refund we were told no. They said possibly a 10% discount. Really. I would of never stayed her had unknown Noah’s ark is closed for the season. we will first start off with my son had nightmares all night because our curtains and carpet looked like a murder scene, it also smelled.musty like mold. everywhere we walked around the motel smelled of marijuana. The pools were freezing cold. There was no arcade as advertised, they also did not offer chula vista passes that they have listed on this page along with the guest books provided in the room. The costumer service was good, room was decent and clean, pools were clean. But there housekeeping not good. We were there this past week. We were told our room was going to be ready at 3:30pm. When I went to get the key to room they stated that housekeeping needed to put towels in room, we waited another 20 minutes. On our second day we were at the pool waiting for housekeeping to clean room. It took two people from housekeeping 2 hours to clean each room, by the way they never went to clean our room.
