Me and my family stayed there this past weekend Saturday to Sunday checked into are room at 3:30 when we walked into are room it was probably 45 degrees and the door to go on the belcony had a inch crack so the cold air was just blowing into the room we called room service to bring more blankets and and try to cover the cracks of the door that let the air in. Advertise a few pools but some were not filled and abandoned. Got checked in and told where our room was and after going there we found out the whole floor hasn’t been cleaned yet! Moved all our stuff again to just cleaned room that was a bit dirty with dust and bugs on windowsill in bathroom. One room in our party had no towels and when they called they were told they’d be charged for them! Most desk people were nice but did not know how to make change.
I came here for a nice family weekend with my husband and my 3 teenage children. I booked a suite last Wednesday; the hotel worker told me a mini suite contained 1 bedrooms and a small living area and conjoined bathroom. When I arrived, I was given one room with two beds. When I made a complaint they became unreasonable saying they were full and there’s nothing they can do. The workers name was Jhasley, and I never received such half ass unacceptable customer service. RecommendedWe definitely enjoyed our stay here at Flamingo! Free tickets to Noah's Ark and Chula Vista are awesome, and being able to walk to Noah's Ark and save on parking is awesome!! Wish our room would have had a coffee maker though!
1 Outdoor Kiddie Splash Pool and the only thing that was in working condition was the bucket that tips over. Room was OLD, bathroom was just disgusting and had an odor to it. If replacing carpet with fake wood flooring = renovation, then 2 thumb's up, but Not impressed by any means! Lack of professional customer service to top it all off. I can't even say you get what you pay for, because for this kind of experience it was overpriced!
Staff is super helpful to help you book a room until you advise them that you have a Wisconsin Dells Season Opener card at which time they immediately change their tone and state that they are booked when they are in fact not. You should not advertise a price if you are not going to honor it.
The staff was wonderful ! And the rooms were very clean. Close by to all the tourist stuff. Would definitely stay there again
