Don't do it...pay the money for the Noah's Ark Tickets and stay somewhere else. It was the worst place I have EVER stayed in (continental US).
My family was a little skeptical to stay here this past weekend because of some of the negative reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised by the clean spacious room and nice staff! Thank you for a great weekend and the Noah's Ark tickets!!!
If there was a negative star review I would use that but 1 is as low as it goes which is still being far too generous. When we came in your room we noticed bugs because of the 1 inch gap to the outside above the in window air conditioning unit. That was nice. The couch fold-out mattress might as well been a sheet of cardboard with holes in it. Plus the only thing keeping that mattress up for the support were the bars. This place is crap! It smells like blood and cat shit! To bad I can give 0 stars. House keeping WILL steal from you and NOTHING will be done to make it right. This place is a freakin joke.
This was our first visit to this "hotel"... we were assigned a room with stained lamp shades, paint chipping off the front door, and a big white stain on the pull out couch. The rooms are NOT up to standards for what they charge! Don't let the free Noah's Ark passes suck you in.... stay at a nicer hotel that can afford to keep their rooms up!!! I only gave it a FAIR rating because they did switch us to a room that was better kept.
Well, we got a room for the free Noah's arc passes. We got here on pur first day and over heard a couple discussing how they had things stolen from their room. So we decided we would call the front desk and tell them not to clean our room (for fear of things being stolen). After the first day we came back and we had hidden all of our valuables in a drawer. We come back and 100$ and a electronic cigarette were missing.. So we go to the front desk and they told us " to be honest, this hotel has a reputation of this happening" ... read more
Horrible. NONE of the staff was helpful at ALL. Some random guy came in our room and asked if we needed towels WITHOUT knocking,there was a Moldy Sink,and the television in the master bedroom would only show the QVC shopping channel (oh and the remote worked BOTH TV'S. THE WORST PIECE OF SHIT MOTEL EVER.
My family and I stayed here we had an issue with our room and they moved us to a new room with an upgrade. That was the nice part. How ever the lady at the front desk needs to learn how to speak to guests. We had the room issue and another,both times over the phone she was constantly cutting people off midsentance. Please let me finishimg talking and explaining the issue before u assume things or start replying.
