This company has very poor customer service. I was told the computer I ordered, for my son’s truck, would be here in 6 days. It’s been 2 weeks. I called last week and they said they would overnight it. Well, when I called to inquire about the status, they said they don’t overnight anything. Now, I wish I would’ve read all of these reviews before ordering. Please take your business elsewhere, this company definitely initiates false advertising.
Very bad experience with this company. 1st of all when you order a unit at checkout states that unit will be shipped within 1-6 days. They shipped mine at about 10-11 days. When I got it unit did not work. They took another 3 days to send a return label and when I got it. It was ups ground. Took another 5 days for them to get it another 3 days for them to check it. Do Not BUY anything from this Company, what a joke they are...Very Very Poor, Bad customer service, product does not work, after several calls to them nothing but poor excuses and lies...
Flagship ones rip off the charger $187 for a computer and then when I don't work they want to charge $100 for restocking fee big rip off one suggest using them they got idiots working for them
Rip Offs!!! They sent me the wrong part. Took 3 weeks to arrive. And they wouldn't refund one cent of the $337.49 the part cost because by the time I got around to figuring our it wouldn't work it was past their 30 refund deadline. This even though they sent the wrong part. To make matters worse they laughed at me when I told them I would start writing bad reviews and report them to the BBB, after they told me they wouldn't give me any refund.
