I own an Auto Repair shop in Seattle. I ordered a PCM for a Ford V10 I was working on. The PCM I received from them was worse than the one that came out of this truck. I think they are buying used ones and crossing their fingers to see if they work or not. I had to go through a bunch of hoops to return it. By the time they got it back, they said it was too late for a refund, But sent me another POS, that i no longer need, because I ended up buying one elsewhere. Sent me a defective pcm. I sent it back. Three weeks later after mulitiple calls and messages they send me the exact defective pcm they sent me the first time. Now no response to my emails, phone calls or voicemails.
Pure Trash. Great definition of SCAM ARTIST. ordered a part noticed 5 days pass and no car part. I wrote them a email they sent me a fake tracking number. Told them they sent me a fake tracking number and you know what they do....send ANOTHER FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. NOW we are 2weeks in the game here.. HORRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIBBBLLLLLEEE EXPERIENCE... DONT DO IT.
Well I ordered from here because I needed a computer for my Jeep quickly and didn’t have time to part a junk yard and have it flashed. A week goes by and nothing, two emails until I got tracking information that took another week to get to me. I get the computer and it looks like it was packed by a 3 year old, not to my surprise the computer didn’t work. They sent me a bad ecm made me pay to ship it back and only refunded 53 dollars back. The broken core itself was worth over 70. Their phone customer service is lousy and they charge you for their mistakes. They don't care about their customers and their return policy is designed to cheat people out of as much money as they can if you are unhappy with FS1's service.
THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM.IF YOU CAN FIND YOUR COMPUTER FROM SOME OTHER PLACE YOU SHOULD GET IT FROM THEM.WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THEM IT TAKES A MONTH TO GET THE COMPUTER SHIPPED.

Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Scammers!!! Do not buy unless you like to pay for a false business. Here’s my story I ordered an 800$ pcm from them it was found faulty. Giving me a hard time and the run around to not refund my money.
