They sent me a bad ecm made me pay to ship it back and only refunded 53 dollars back. The broken core itself was worth over 70. Their phone customer service is lousy and they charge you for their mistakes. They don't care about their customers and their return policy is designed to cheat people out of as much money as they can if you are unhappy with FS1's service.

THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM.IF YOU CAN FIND YOUR COMPUTER FROM SOME OTHER PLACE YOU SHOULD GET IT FROM THEM.WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THEM IT TAKES A MONTH TO GET THE COMPUTER SHIPPED.

Terrible customer service. Terrible product. Scammers!!! Do not buy unless you like to pay for a false business. Here’s my story I ordered an 800$ pcm from them it was found faulty. Giving me a hard time and the run around to not refund my money.

Scammers!!! Buyer Beware !!! Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere. I purchased off flagship one and they never sent the ECU/PCM. They sent a tracking number that has yet to be shipped USPS 9405503699300407765860 . If you are a victim like I was, I suggest you contact the BBB, and Lynbrook Police Department and file a report. They are liers, thieves, and incompetent.

This company is an absolute scammer. They took my money, sent me a tracking number, and never mailed anything out. I contacted BBB, filled a claim. Also I contacted Lynbrook Police Department. Supposedly where Flagship 1 is located. Here is my tracking number for everyone to view. 9405503699300407765860 its bogus. You call them and they lie to you, they put you on hold for 30 plus minutes. This company is a total rip off. Sent us a re-manufactured PCM that was faulty, it caused more issues than the original. We tried to return the faulty part and ran into nothing but the runaround. We left calls that were not returned, emails that were not replied to, and when we finally got a return tag; they told us we didn't return the part "within 30 days" so we could get a refund. Customer service is terrible. My car was misdiagnosed by mechanic. I never opened ECU. They refused to do anything for me since it was after 30day return period.

ECU arrived defective. I'm only offered store credit. All ready been bitten why would I go back for more.
