One star is being generous. This company sent me a defective ECM from the beginning. It was programmed for 4 cylinder and not the 6 that my minivan had. I called them and asked if it was tested and reprogrammed and they said it was so I spent more time and money replacing other parts. Finally I got them to agree to check the ECM they sent me which they did and then said that it was good and the problem was with my car. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! Ordered a module middle of June, was told it's be a brand new module and everything. Got it 2 weeks later. open the BEAT UP BOX, dirty as can be, blown fuses, literally looked like it was JUST pulled out of the JUNK YARD. I own an Auto Repair shop in Seattle. I ordered a PCM for a Ford V10 I was working on. The PCM I received from them was worse than the one that came out of this truck. I think they are buying used ones and crossing their fingers to see if they work or not. I had to go through a bunch of hoops to return it. By the time they got it back, they said it was too late for a refund, But sent me another POS, that i no longer need, because I ended up buying one elsewhere. Sent me a defective pcm. I sent it back. Three weeks later after mulitiple calls and messages they send me the exact defective pcm they sent me the first time. Now no response to my emails, phone calls or voicemails.

Pure Trash. Great definition of SCAM ARTIST. ordered a part noticed 5 days pass and no car part. I wrote them a email they sent me a fake tracking number. Told them they sent me a fake tracking number and you know what they do....send ANOTHER FAKE TRACKING NUMBER. NOW we are 2weeks in the game here.. HORRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIBBBLLLLLEEE EXPERIENCE... DONT DO IT.

Well I ordered from here because I needed a computer for my Jeep quickly and didn’t have time to part a junk yard and have it flashed. A week goes by and nothing, two emails until I got tracking information that took another week to get to me. I get the computer and it looks like it was packed by a 3 year old, not to my surprise the computer didn’t work.
