I had pretty much the same BAD customer service experience as several other previous reviewers. TERRIBLE customer service!! It's been over a month since I first ordered a Jeep GC PCM and returned it over 2 weeks ago without any correspondence confirming they received it or issued a refund. I've had to contest the credit card charge and I've filed complaints with the local BBB and the NY State Attorney General's office. Would never recommend this merchant!

My experience is a bit mixed. I ordered a rebuilt PCM (computer) for my 2005 Dodge Dakota a part not available from Chrysler anymore. The part arrived with the wrong VIN number programmed in (may have been a communication breakdown, maybe even my fault). The company sent a RGM via email and shipped a replacement once the tracking information entered the UPS system. The replacement part is working fine. Worst experience ever! Realize if this part is faulty you are screwed because you can't drive the car and cant put a new one in until you purchase another. These are junkyard ECM reprogrammed. Mine was a FAULTY PART - TESTED BY MECHANIC AND DOCUMENTED, EXTREME WAIT TIMES ON HOLD, NO CALL BACK SEVERAL TIMES, WAS TOLD CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO TECHS TO FIND OUT PROBLEM, WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SEND ANOTHER OUT AND THEN NEVER CAME, CHANGED POLICY FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD OVER PHONE. Horrible company with very poor customer service. I ordered a PCM, installed it and continue to get a check engine light. I took the car to the dealer, paid an additional 125.00 for a diagnosis that determined there was an internal fault in the new PCM. I returned the unit to FS1 and they refuse to replace it. Do not order from this company!!!!!

Defiantly a bunch of crooks , ordered new ecm wouldn't work, customer service kept saying it was the locksmiths fault he didn't program the key right . After two locksmiths and lots of money they decided to send an RMA .I sent the ecu back for warranty or refund . Here I sit after 4 months no computer and no money returned fs1 will not respond

Where’s the NEGATIVE stars option. This is easily the shadiest company I’ve ever dealt with. If they know you’re calling because you haven’t received the part you ordered WEEKS ago they will dodge all of your calls, emails, and voicemails. Every single one of these 1 star reviews is nothing but the truth. This company is a scam and I will be demanding a full refund tomorrow, that’s of course if I can “trick” one of them into answering a call, I’ll probably have to use a friends phone so they won’t recognize the number.

This company lied to me more than 4 times..I returned the (PCM) that didn't work, every time the ( PCM) got hot it shut down & will not start. Flagship One told me nothing was wrong with it, I took my jeep to a JEEP DEALERSHIP and they told me that was the problem. I send it back, this month on the 20th I was told I was getting another one and it was shipped with tracking number. Now it's the 27 of the month and I'm told by FLAGSHIP ONE ..UPS LOST IT..AFTER I CALLED HOUR ON THE HOUR ON HOLD FOR 30 TO 45 MINS AT A TIME. NOW I... read more

Ordered computer brain on the 17th. No confirmation number, no email confirmation because was advised would receive all this on 3rd day with tracking details. Thursday I call, on hold over 15 Minutes, someone answers phone says please hold, I go into a voicemail. Callback another 15 minutes, Destiny is your account holder she’ll call back. They have the most disappointing customer service I have ever received they never sent me my part then still charge me a restocking fee for a part that never left their building they are a scam then when I bring it up to them take it very rude and short and threaten me with either a 20% stocking fee or 5% restocking fee or not to resolve it at all I will never recommend or order from these people ever again and I do a lot of mechanic work they are the most disappointing place I've ever used
