At my shop in California we sent a ECM to there competitor in Florida out of a jeep cj they told me after 5 days that the unit was burnt out and could not be fixed. and offered me a replacement for $400.00. and charged my card $98.00 and were going to charge it for $20.00 to send it back to me. I have placed two orders with this company. Just be prepared - they DO NOT SHIP within 2 business days, and you will NOT receive your part within 5 business days as advertised. I first sent a message asking for a tracking number as it had been over 5 business days. Waited for a day with no response. After reading the reviews listed on this site, I would wonder if people are writing about the same company. I have ordered two PCMs from them, and they worded perfectly. The second one took a few more days to receive, as they said the first one did not pass inspections. Good. I did not want to receive a suspect product, so I am glad that they took the time to test it well. This company has very poor customer service. I was told the computer I ordered, for my son’s truck, would be here in 6 days. It’s been 2 weeks. I called last week and they said they would overnight it. Well, when I called to inquire about the status, they said they don’t overnight anything. Now, I wish I would’ve read all of these reviews before ordering. Please take your business elsewhere, this company definitely initiates false advertising.
Very bad experience with this company. 1st of all when you order a unit at checkout states that unit will be shipped within 1-6 days. They shipped mine at about 10-11 days. When I got it unit did not work. They took another 3 days to send a return label and when I got it. It was ups ground. Took another 5 days for them to get it another 3 days for them to check it.
