This company is an absolute scammer. They took my money, sent me a tracking number, and never mailed anything out. I contacted BBB, filled a claim. Also I contacted Lynbrook Police Department. Supposedly where Flagship 1 is located. Here is my tracking number for everyone to view. 9405503699300407765860 its bogus. You call them and they lie to you, they put you on hold for 30 plus minutes. This company is a total rip off. Sent us a re-manufactured PCM that was faulty, it caused more issues than the original. We tried to return the faulty part and ran into nothing but the runaround. We left calls that were not returned, emails that were not replied to, and when we finally got a return tag; they told us we didn't return the part "within 30 days" so we could get a refund. Customer service is terrible. My car was misdiagnosed by mechanic. I never opened ECU. They refused to do anything for me since it was after 30day return period.

This company is horrible. They sent a defective product and have refused to provide a full refund. The customer service is also terrible.

I purchase a ECU modular from Flagship one. I did not receive the part after 3 weeks I ask for my money back and file a dispute with my bank. after my bank follow up with the dispute the company sent a part that did not work. I sent the part back and again ask for my money back. There are a lot of reviews out for Flagship One. It seems that they are either a 5 or a 1. That indicates to me that the computers are not always the correct one for the vehicles when they arive. It is hard to say if this is due to the customer ordering the incorrect part or Flagship One making a mistake. My computer came in within 6 days. It worked perfectly. It was easy to install. Mike M , Michigan. I ordered a pcm around the 15 th of September. I placed the order with a woman named Aida. She told me it would ship in about 3 days. It was for a 2000 dodge van 1500. Took about a week to get it. It was bad. I shipped it back. First week of October 2018 I got a replacement and it's working good. I gave this company 4 stars. Here's why. 1.
