This company is horrible. They sent a defective product and have refused to provide a full refund. The customer service is also terrible.

I purchase a ECU modular from Flagship one. I did not receive the part after 3 weeks I ask for my money back and file a dispute with my bank. after my bank follow up with the dispute the company sent a part that did not work. I sent the part back and again ask for my money back. There are a lot of reviews out for Flagship One. It seems that they are either a 5 or a 1. That indicates to me that the computers are not always the correct one for the vehicles when they arive. It is hard to say if this is due to the customer ordering the incorrect part or Flagship One making a mistake. My computer came in within 6 days. It worked perfectly. It was easy to install. Mike M , Michigan. I ordered a pcm around the 15 th of September. I placed the order with a woman named Aida. She told me it would ship in about 3 days. It was for a 2000 dodge van 1500. Took about a week to get it. It was bad. I shipped it back. First week of October 2018 I got a replacement and it's working good. I gave this company 4 stars. Here's why. 1. FLAGSHUP 1: Liars, crooks and thieves. I ordered an IDM module from this company. They either shipped the wrong module, or it was defective from the beginning. I purchased an alternate IDM module, and the truck fired right up. No sense trying to work this out over at Flagship 1 though. Their phone would ring; someone would pick up the receiver, and then slam it back down again. At my shop in California we sent a ECM to there competitor in Florida out of a jeep cj they told me after 5 days that the unit was burnt out and could not be fixed. and offered me a replacement for $400.00. and charged my card $98.00 and were going to charge it for $20.00 to send it back to me. I said no way . now here i set with no core. thats when i called Flagship one. they sent me a ECM for $89.00 with no core charge and it was plug and play to the vehicle vin# . we pluged it in and the jeep has been running fine for ... read more
