I visited this salon after seeing a nail design I liked and showing them both the picture and the desired length. However, the nails were far too long despite me repeatedly asking for them to be shortened — it became quite awkward and uncomfortable. While the nails were okay overall, the experience was disappointing. I usually go to the other Flackwell nail salon and never have issues there, but they were busy, so I tried this place instead. Been coming here since they opened. Always amazing service, love my nails and they always try to accommodate even though they are so busy.

Really disappointed with this place. I booked for my wedding nails and the job was very poor. It was too busy and I’d already been there 2 hours so I said I wasn’t happy and left. I had to go back and they did apologise and correct them. As they did that I gave them another chance. I booked well in advance for a manicure and pedicure and when I arrived this morning they informed me that I would have to come back later as the person booked to do my nails was coming in late.
