Not that we have a choice. But I agree with the person that posted on Feb 10 about the poor service. My daughter just had an auto accident 3 hours ago, and the police still has not shown up despite multiple calls from her. I just called too from South Florida, and they had an attitude- "we have more accidents than patrol units" - "she has to wait".
I was in a collision and I have been sitting on the corner of brookgreen ave and oak ridge for over two hours... with my toddler. No ETA of assistance...😟😕🥺
These people at the office enter my insurance policy number incorrectly and I get a letter of cancel.. call to correct the information they then state it’s correct. Only to turn around and suspend my license anyway.. the entire process is a nightmare and inconvenience all because of some idiotic mistake. So now I have to pay a fee again just so another idiot can screw up! So frustrating

Reported a reckless, dangerous white Land Rover license plate# 552-REZ throwing rocks at other cars on the FL Turnpike. Told dispatcher I have a video and gave him location mile marker. Been driving with the car behind me for over an hour, trying to keep my distance but I have a feeling no one’s coming and they are going to get away with it! Now the passenger is hanging outside the car window being lewd and giving people the finger.
For starters, they could answer the phone. Or have a way to complain on their website. We tried to renew my husband's vehicle tag through the website (which uses Payit for processing payment) on Feb 4. Our checking account was debited on Feb 5. We were promised a receipt within 48 hours to show in case he got stopped for an expired tag. As of Feb 8, the tag expiration date, we still had no receipt. So he went to the local DMV office to check on it. They had no record of his renewal, so he had to renew again and pay again. No... read more
