Absolutely useless. No point in trying to call either. Do better.
They never answer their phones, ive been trying for over a week, multiple times a day and have sat on hold for well over an hour each time. I sent my military drivers license extension paperwork in twice and it was never processed. this place is god awful
RecommendedHuge shout out to Trooper J. Meyers! I had an unfortunate freak accident headed home on I4 today and he was so kind and caring. (I crashed into a guard rail and spun 3+ times so I was pretty shaken up). I am blessed to be alive right now and grateful for every single person involved. To the Good Samaritans who stopped to help, to Officer Meyers, to the State Farm highway accident guy who peeled my beach passes off my car for me, and to the tow truck drivers: THANK YOU!
yesterday around 9 p.m. I hit a bear on highway 98 in Panama City. The officer that came was EXTREMELY nice. He sat with me for 2 hours while on the phone with insurance and until a tow truck came. I didn’t get to catch his name, but I could not thank him enough.
Waited outside going on an hour now in 95 degree. It is reasonable to believe that someone will get heat sickness. I am contacting a lawyer. There are 50 inside waiting 30 outside n 6 people working for the DMB right now. They should be fired!!!
Around noon, as I was traveling on I-295 today in Jacksonville, a dining table flew out of the back of a truck and shattered, spreading debris across five lanes. This happened in front of a FHP officer. His car took on the largest part of debris, but because of his evasive driving, he remained in control while slowing down all five lanes to keep us safe. Please tell him thank you!
The website to get a renewel or replacement driver's license does not have a FPO AP address option for bank cards. I emailed them to let them know and the email response I got was "We should have the FPO AP designation on the page." They do not, they did not even try to help me, they just sent an email reply with wrong answer. I am really upset with their service and lack of professionalism towards military members overseas.
FL DMV is the most corrupt organization I have dealt with. their system is stone age and no one will answer any questions about their mistakes they have done. you call their customer support number and it automatically hangs up on you when it says "you will need to speak with a customer representative" ..click hangs up. Great job !!!! florida dmv at its best!!!!
When are you going to do something about the ramp going from the Palmetto expressway in Miami to I75 North! It floods terribly and traffic gets backed up for miles!
