Why is it @fhp policy to deny taking a report of an unsafe tractor trailer driver if the reporting party is not following the driver? I pulled over to an exit, had the trailer number, the DOT number, and detailed truck description and the weigh station that the truck pulled into only five minutes prior. However, your policy wants me to illegally and unsafely use my phone while driving to pursue the driver and make the call. How is that safe?

I have been calling the 850-617-2000 phone number for over two weeks now it always is experiencing high call volume... What a joke!
Just answer the phone at 407-445-5581 , or at least put us on hold until our call can be taken or even let us choose to be but into a que for a call back. the way it is now doesn't work . I
Been on hold with the #FLHSMV for close to an hour and a half now. I was told previously I had to talk to Tallahassee for a question about endorsements, military, that kind of stuff. So I found some time and called them. I haven’t talked to a single person in this entire process and their website hasn’t answered my question. It rang once an hour ago and then went right back on hold.
AWFUL... NO appointments on line/ hour long hold on the telephone. no one to assist if you walk into the office!!!!
CONSISTENT holds of 45+ minutes on the customer "service" line 850-617-2000. We can do better Florida.
I woulndt recomend parasites unless you take antibiotics first. 🐷🐖🐽🤩
