Another awful agency in Flori-duh. Can't get the info correct on computer so I have to be inconvenienced by coming in to office? Lazy customer service people who don't want to correct the issue by phone so they just tell you to go to local office which is 20 miles away. Disgraceful!
I have been trying to get in contact with someone for the past week. Most of the time the call doesn’t go through because there are “high volume of callers”. When it does actually go through you are on hold for 30+ minutes & then it suddenly disconnects. How can I possible get a hold of someone? I have never encountered anything as horrible as this. If you have any tips or suggestions I would love to hear it.
We have now spent over three hours sitting in traffic due to an accident that happened over 8 hours ago. People are getting frustrated and causing more accidents and no troopers in sight. Not one in over three hours helping to direct the traffic around I95. NOT ONE!!!!!!! We are still no where near getting back on 95 and there is no end in sight and no troopers helping.
So the Gorenew web site is not user friendly phone support awful cant change the address on a vehicle registration co-owned by daughter Adrian 847 did not help at all !!!!!
