horrible customer service never answers their phones, always on repeat message saying too many calls to handle. no matter what time of day during business hrs
What kind of business has a call center that is nothing more than a recording saying they are experiencing high volume - call back....then hang up on you?!?! A call center that has no mechanism for holding in queue for the next available operator?!?! What a JOKE
This place absolutely sucks went here after I visited another Dmv! The staff is lazy and rude.
FHP must really be desperate for money. For them to set at the rest area plazas on the turnpike (turkey lake plaza) and give people tickets for their window tint and bother motorist over petty crap it’s really ridiculous.
Let’s pray that there be some serious reevaluations done for our state in regards to insurance carrying laws. In comparison to other states our state is despicable as ones license gets suspended for being in between insurance companies. For example if you have a 6 month policy and it ends and you shop for another carrier the state suspended licenses for this situation. Let’s be real here , for a state with no income tax and dependence on tourism. It is simply a revenue generator for our members in state positions to get paid... read more

if you are actually able to get through to their customer service, they have the absolute worst customer service. The lady I was finally able to talk to was acting like someone pissed in her cheerios. customer service line or customer disservice? not sure.
The call center is one of the worst across the nation, and worst quality and worst efficiency. The content they say is also different from what is shown in the system, they said they sent me a driver license, and it never came and they told me to wait another week then get it from a local DMV. It's simply unacceptable service.
