You take away the toll collectors, you force people to pay by plate or sunpass, no sunpass so you pay extra for toll by plate. My mom was charged like 7.00 to go from Brandon to Gandy Blvd. She doesn't usually travel toll roads so she doesn't have a sun pass. She shouldn't be charged extra for that. Shame on you.
This morning while traveling on I-4, I saw first hand how people sitting in the left lane and not passing others is extremely dangerous! An angry driver decided to "break check" the slow driver who was holding up 10 cars in the left lane and almost caused an accident. The slow driver then became angry and decided to chase the car that break checked them. this went on for several miles and speeds got up to at least 90 I assume and as low as 40. extrenely frustrated!!! unable to resolve suspension issue due to lapsed insurance THAT NEVER OCCURED!! Insurance company has contacted dmv several times to notify that insurance has never lapsed. I renewed my license online, paid $50 and I just received someone else's, in a letter addressed to me. Our names and addresses are in no way similar. This was an egregious privacy violation. Plus where is mine? Now someone has my personal identifying information, as well. So I got to call in Monday morning and wait forever on hold to fix this. Not right.

The Miami office is pathetic. Repeatedly hung up on when trying to report a serious accident. Will be contacting the Miami Herald to report this terrible experience.
