talk to your customer service reps on how to talk to people, it's not their place to reprimand someone for their mistakes! like your reps have never made a mistake or broke any law or lied or cheated on something. your reps should just do their job and treat people respectfully! that's their job!! not to belittle a person on the phone.

Someone I know was involved in a hit in run and FHP stated it would take 4 hours for a trooper to be at the scene! how is that ok? meanwhile the same type of accident almost happened at the same intersection while she was waiting. totally unacceptable!
going on 8 hrs no help with a hit and run keep calling back and saying they have no officers to respond
75 between 182 and 213 is either backed up an hour or full on closed at least once a week because of texters and people going unreasonable speeds. FHP contributes very little to the safety of 75
Shame on the way you handled a recent traffic fatality; making the family of the deceased wait several hours before you returned calls or followed up to tell them their loved one was killed. As the wife of a police officer, I hold you in low regard for this unprofessional behavior. YOU are the reason people have no respect for police. You make decent police officers look bad. This family's memories will be forever tainted by your lack of professionalism. Have some respect for the deceased and for your department.
Thanks for nothing. I did two separate transactions so that they would send daughter’s car registration to her at school and the rest to me. Cost me an extra transaction fee, not much, worth the convenience. Well I guess the person in charge of stuffing envelopes that day thought they were being smart and stuffed all 4 in the same envelop and sent them all to me. Now I’m out the transaction fee and have to send it to her. No matter where you are, the DMV is the DMV!
My dad received a court date for a false ticket (the officer put his license number on someone else's ticket.) and now he cant renew his registration. When we called we were told we have to pay fines for a ticket that he never received and was dismissed. We are still trying to rectify this while dealing with the worst customer service we have ever encountered. The customer service phone plays a recorded message that all agents are helping clients and then hangs up on you. No opportunity to hold on or be called back. I need an answer to a question and I have no opportunity to get it. Beyond frustrating.
