Terrible customer service from the dispatcher working on 02/10/2019 called to get eta on trooper gave me an attitude ask for her supervisor and she hangs up the phone, I am sure a nice letter to my congressman and the governor will take care that . I will be following up.
I am completing a form I downloaded from the FLHSMV website. There is a $6.25 application fee. No mention anywhere if personal checks are accepted, and if so, what entity is to be paid. Nothing on the website either so I called (850) 617-2000 and got a recorded message about high call volume, was referred to the website and then was disconnected. Revist the renewing processes online for vehicle registration and ask yourself, does a driver know what a I-94 Admission Number is? Do they know what an Alien Registration is? Do you??? I only want to change my address. What a horrible system!!! DISGUSTED! You should be ashamed to say it's a gold star system!
RecommendedI had an incident with a driver driving like a lunatic. I served to avoid accident - no contact with other driver or vehicle - FHP Officer G. Daniels stopped to assist me and help me get vehicle out of the road safely. He was amazing, kind, helpful. He should be on a poster for FHP. cannot say enough wonderful things about this gentleman. Noticed this Trooper car parked in a fire zone while getting food inside of a convenient store last night at 11pm. Trooper Paul was his name. I approached him asking why he felt his badge gave him the ability to be above the law? He told me he was not on a call. Therefore, I reminded him that his badge doesn’t grant extra rights. I appreciate all your department has to do but I just have to say this: Two years in a row, I've ordered registration renewals online and two years in a row they were not received in the mail. SO FRUSTRATING to have to take time out of work to have to go get duplicates at the local office. What gives?
Have been waiting for a crash report for 14 days!!! WTH?? Can’t get a rental without coming out of my pocket more without it! Come on people!!! Really? 🤦♀️
It’s ok in Florida to be involved in a hit and run as long as you say you didn’t do it. Three people saw you do it, and the FHP believes the one person who committed the crime. Great work FHP. Stellar as ever.
