Your call center is a joke. I do not live in florida but my DL problem is tied to FL and I need to speak to someone who has enough authority to deal with my problem and no matter what time I call your line is too busy to handle my call even though I am willing to wait. I have called early in the morning, mid day & late in the afternoon to no avail. Answer your phone!!

I was on my way to work at 4: 30 am when I was pulled over for a burnt out tag light. When the officers pulled me over the FHP had his spot lights blasting my back window and almost caused me to have an accident. Also was so close to the back of my car that he was tailgating. The officer was polite and respectful. I guess what I'm saying is why do a Highlands county s.o. officer and a FHP officer have to sit in a median and blab at each other and see me drive by every morning and then all of a sudden want to screw with me on... read more

Worst place on earth.
Suggestion, it would be nice if drivers license online verification would say if your license is real id compliant or not.
Good Morning very bad attention and professionalism in the mall dmv of the americas from the employee who attends through the window to the alleged supervisor, who lack of respect for both, I even told him to please attend to explain, because I had already paid my fee in the dmw of hialeah gardens and they mocked me telling me that if I wanted them to replicate me in munequitos and that they did not have to pay attention to me, even when we will have to deal in this city with such characters.
There was a wreck on I-10W in which no one from FHP cane with a solution to get the traffic moving. It does not take 4 hrs to clean up that little area..they should have planned 1 lane traffic or something to accommodate travelers instead of leaving people out there to dehydrate and go into the woods to relieve themselves.
The WORST! Try calling and see if you ever get anything other than a recording. Been on hold on different calls well over 30 minutes! Presently on hold over another 30 minutes. No wonder people can’t stand government offices. I’ve left messages, email and still no response!
