I spent 2 hours today on the phone trying to get someone to answer a few questions and I can't access anyone. As the website is not well designed and I can't get a human being, I feel trapped now
I support the police, but not officers like Trooper Assaroupe who thinks the intent of law and “servicing and protecting” is to generate revenue by handing out HOV lane tickets.

RecommendedAmazing people!!!!!!! My husband, my 3 year old son and I were stranded on 30a today with a dead car battery. I don’t know this troopers name but she was a god send! She gave us a ride home after taking the time to clear out space in her car for all 3 of us. It was hot and we are from Georgia, she could have easily just driven by but she cared enough to stop. Even with a tired/hot/screaming toddler in her backseat she still went above and beyond. Thank you so much!!!! 👮♀️❤️❤️
how about actually answering the phones on your supposed "call center"?! ridiculous.
Obviously, people out there have serious complaints. Yet, Tallahassee does nothing about it. What's the point of having a customer service dept. when they don't answer the phones? Why do your people feel they can be rude and condescending to their clients? YOU are the ones who should be training them in the way they address your clients. Or don't you care either?
First off answer your emails. and when you say you are going to contact a person then do it. I have sent fifty emails and as of yet haven't got a return email. They must be backing up to get their paychecks.
