Highway safety haha that's funny. If you guys cared about people's life you guys would have state troopers on Highway 60 East Polk County to Yeehaw Junction instead of letting people die weekly. Most vehicles are doing 80 90 100 plus. In a 55 Zone.
No one ever answers the phone. How can business be handled if we can't speak to someone. Here's a thought: hire a receptionist like the rest of the world.
Trying to help someone that is a professional driver find out a location to renew Class A CDL with HAZMAT is ridiculous. It is a shame to waste peoples time especially when the office hours are limited and the drivers are not able to call while they are driving obviously. Been trying all day to change the address on my driver's license and have been locked out of the website twice, can't get a human on the telephone and can't even send an email. This is clearly an entity in desperate need of an overhaul.
I wouldn’t give it anything really... I was in accident (not hurt) and we were told not a priority. Took over 3 hours!!! Highway 29 is H.... it be waiting on troopers!!! Pay your troopers more money and you’ll get more to join .. but when someone calls stating man with gun in hotel. Over 2 dozens cars goes what a waste of taxpayers money..
