I cannot get anyone to answer the telephone in the Panama City FHP office. What gives?
I understand that there are over 280,000 drivers in the county that cannot get their tags renewed due to outstanding toll bills. The bills start to snowball out of control due to the billing cycles you have and the continuing fees charged. Are you implementing any programs so that drivers can continue to drive (obtain their tag) and make payments for the outstanding balance? There needs to be something put in place to accommodate these drivers that have valid drivers licenses and auto insurance. Thanks Donna Stewart

I had an accident last night and a trooper Matthews Simmons went way above and beyond what was required of his duties. I can't thank him enough.
Do they not answer the phones? I have tried for two days this week and several other times previously to speak with a human. I get a recording and then disconnected. This does not seem helpful or professional in any way. Time is an issue in my importance of being able to speak with a human.
I am so not happy right now. I renewed my registration online for both my vehicles and only received one. I sent an email and was told that it was processed on 12/13/17 it is now 1/03/2018 and I still have not received. I call the number 904-630-1916 no matter what time it is I get the message, Our office is currently closed. I call 850-617-3000 and get the message, All of our customer services reps are busy and then I get disconnected. Dear Trooper 1257.... How about you get off your phone and pay attention to the traffic around you. How about you also use turn signals to change lanes....you have changed lanes 4 times now. You are not setting any kind of example for any other motorist to follow. If any other motorist does these things , I'd be willing to bet you would run them down and cite them....smh
The GORENEW pay portal processing has been down now for 3 days.... have you been hacked.???? I called customer service & they manually entered my information only to see the same message,,, kind of odd that the customer service department was not aware of the issue? The rep told me to try again in a couple hours, been trying now for 3 days.
Drove past mile marker 271 on i95 yesterday and saw a trooper helping a young driver by changing her tire. This trooper could have easily stayed inside his cruiser, where it is hopefully safer, and let the young woman call a wrecker to help. Instead he chose to put himself in danger to get this driver on her way. Thank you for keeping us safe!
