The (Flow) Florida License on Wheels is poor at best. The local newspaper stated the Flow van would be in Ormond Beach on Tuesday at City Hall. I checked the website for Flow the day before and yes they are to be there. I drove 40 miles round trip from New Smyrna Beach to the location. BUT guess what its not there just a sign saying it wasnt there. If you cant be where you are suppose to be why even have this service. Back in July I requested an out of state transfer for my tag. Please explain to me how it is almost November and I STILL DO NOT HAVE A LICENSE PLATE OR TAG FOR MY CAR?! Not only are y’all unable to read a marriage license (which I had to send in 5 times) but y’all also requested information on my moms vehicle which has nothing to do with me... The Miami Dade County Clerk of the Court notified Tallahassee that I have not paid or satisfied a traffic ticket. As a result my driver license will be suspended. I got this information today on the mail. However, this I the first time that I hear about this traffic ticket. The Clerk of Court had my address on file but they did not send me any notification. I had to hear it from Tallahassee. This is no way to treat a citizen. If I receive a red light camera ticket, I have the right to be notified in a timely manner.
Yesterday I had a horrible roll over accident and I want to thank the fabulous Trooper Barr for being there for me. He was so kind and understanding and I cannot thank him enough. Have a great day Trooper Barr.
My mom was involved in an accident today 3:43pm I have called *FHP twice and both times the representative was rude, chewing in my ear and clearly put me on mute to carry on conversation with whomever was laughing in the background*******This review has nothing to do with the officer who responded to the accident, just the call Center agent who handled my call. Just be a bit more compassionate and empathetic and not ghetto and rude.
