It's about 9:35pm we called in for a hit and run case and me and another car waited for 3 and half hours before officer Donokowoski J.P shows up and without getting any details about the car which caused the accident and ran away he issues a citation to me. He was very mean and unprofessional. He treated the other folks who waited there as third class citizens. Even both of us explained that it was caused by runaway car he would ot listen to us. I can't believe that your hours in Okaloosa COUNTY for DL is 8:30 to 3:30 M-F. What are working people supposed to do? Have you ever thought of expanding them at least one day a week?
Bunch of morons at the Jean Street in Daytona Beach Office. My wife got her license suspended but she paid to have it reinstated. After 1 week of going around in circles I find out that We have to pay the fee to reinstate the license again! No sir! Keep your receipt as proof because the DMV will screw you! I am very pissed off, this has caused me to be the one to suffer for incompetence at the DMV!
Your new website sucks. Not user friendly at all. I've just spent over 30 mins trying to see if there are any accidents near me, and I NEVER did get the info I needed. Not everyone using your site is a web designer guru.
They ask for information. Had Geico fax them. Here is there reply."We received the fax; however, we could not use it to clear your suspension. The insurance coverage you provided when registering your 1988 AMGN has been denied by the insurance company. A supervisor at Geico faxed them the information and they still say it is not good enough.
Insurance was incorrectly dropped due to me moving to Tx on military order. Faxed my information multiple times and no one has my docs, confirmed fax numbers and no one ever received them. Have confirmations of the fax from my bank. Now my licenses is suspended and I have the supervisor hanging up on me. Worst service I have ever received.
On my driver license renewal form The Florida DMV has a website listed to renew online. I trusted Florida and renewed on this website which is gorenew. and found out this had nothing to do with renewing my license. Why is Florida DMV partnering up with a company that is listed to be in Great Britain? What is Florida receiving from unsuspecting citizens trusting what is printed on the driver license form? It appears that the Florida State government is not to be trusted.
I just want to give a shout out to Officer Christopher Wademan with the Florida Highway Patrol in Orlando. He responded to an accident that I was involved in. It was after dark, and I was in an unfamiliar area of town with no one close by who could come and take me home, as my car ended up being towed. Not only did he call the tow company for me, he also drove me and my dog home, so that I wouldn't have to be stranded on the side of the road.
