My insurance rates were just raised again in this state, after 20 plus years of NO accidents. I was told it was because of FL having the highest number of under- and uninsured motorists. Would you please get your act together and handle this? These people should be fined. People like myself should NOT be held responsible by having their insurance rates increased.

Customer service representative are rude and very unprofessional. I am currently on hold to pay a citation. I have been on hold for over 25min. I think customer training is desperately needed. (Hillsborough County).
Specifically referring to the section that handles accidents and obtaining insurance information for the culpable party, the customer service phone number 850-617-2000 is only good to hear a recording telling you they are too busy and to go to the website. Why promote yourselves as so helpful in resolving these issues when it's next to impossible to reach you. I have faxed information over 3 times. I was stopped on the side of i75 tonight just before 9pm near exit 111. My daughter came down with a stomach bug and was puking in the grass. A young officer stopped to offer help. This awesome trooper stayed there until we were ready to to get moving again. Then helped us get back on the interstate by pulling out with his lights flashing to keep us safe. The telephone number you guys give out to the tag renewal place, (305) 229-6333 is a JOKE. You stay on hold for half an hour and then they hang up on you, not once, not twice, but 6 times!!!!!!!
