The bread on the burger was revolting. Like eating porridge. The burger itself was bland rubbish and the cheese totally tasteless.
Went here for tea while working away. Theres loads of restaurants in this complex, but Five Guys was chosen as I was in workwear and wanted a casual dinner. Food was great and fresh as always. Ordering is on the kiosk screen or in person. Service was fast and the place was clean.
Not sure what's happened, used to be a really good five guys, now twice in a row we've had completely raw burgers! Not sure if some staff need retraining, I can see a few have had the same experience. Sadly we won't return again now.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Heather greeted me nicely and was extremely polite
Good quality food, efficient and friendly service! The manager Heather has an awesome attitude and is always ontop of everything! Would recommend.
