We went there today and test drove 5 cars. Found one we really liked but at the LAST minute (car was even being detailed) we were told that the price quoted on the spec sheet was only applicable If we were financing. We wanted to pay cash, and they said that would be another $750.00. They told us to get the loan and then pay it off, but the more we thought about it the madder we got, so we left. Isn't this the place that's supposed to have no hidden pricing, what you see is what you pay? Boo!
Mike McCauley lied to our family. He told us that we had a life time oil change on our 2014 chevy malibu thats was the biggest reason why we bought. So almost 2 years later we find out he lied and they said sorry nothing we can do. Wow lied just to get a sale. And they are doing nothing about it.
Just bought my 8th car from them last night and as always it was a wonderful experience and they did everything to make me comfortable and get me in the car that I wanted. I will keep going back!
I bought my last 2 cars at this dealership from Matt Sullivan, he's a great salesman that really understands ethics and taking care of your customers, which is really rare for car salesman these days! I would highly recommend anyone that's thinking about buying a new or used car to give Matt Sullivan a call.
The dealer sold us a lemon that we didn't recognize right away. It was a user car so Lemon Law doesn't apply. It was also certified pre-owned which evidently is meaningless as the car was in the shop - for the first time of at least 12-15 trips to the shop (that never resolved the problem) - ONLY THREE MONTHS AFTER WE BOUGHT IT. Evidently we shouldn't complain as the dealer told us most of the service we didn't pay for (as it was covered under warranty). DON'T BUY FROM FITZGERALD! I would give them zero stars if I could.
