So my wife schedules a service appointment for our car covered under the Platinum Level GM Insurance plan we bought with the car for $4,000 which covers rental cars and hotel stays. This place is terrible!! I confirmed that a vehicle was there TWICE and made an appointment to see it and once I arrived this evening it was SOLD. Didn't offer me anything comparable to what I came to BUY similar to what I made an appt to see. Bait and switch - beware!!!!
