Made an online appointment for 8 am and brought my car in by 745 am, on a Saturday. I was the first Mazda in! My car was getting its regular 5,000 mile oil and filter change, tire rotation, check fluids - your basic checkup. I was done in 30 minutes, plus I had a $35 coupon - sweet! Great service and the man who checked me in was fantastic. In and out in less than an hour. You need to get to the service center early if you want your car done sooner rather than later.
Received a coupon in the mail and it stated "free multi point inspection" called and was told it's free WITH an oil change for $30. Set up the appointment and went in and had my van there for the day. Upon return was told $191 for the inspection I added what about the coupon and was told they did more than what the coupon offered?? I didn't ask for anymore and I didn't agree to anymore and I didn't sign for anymore so I was charged for more than I asked for??? Complete fraud!
