I took my 2011 Chevy truck in for service because the "service exhaust fluid system" light was on. They did not know what was wrong with the truck, so they just kept replacing all the parts it could have been.(more than $2000 worth). after that didn't work, They asked me what kind of exhaust fluid I was using. I told them PEAK blue def,( which is approved for use). Visiting family in Maryland for a short weekend, came home with a 2016 Chevy Traverse LT. Great people in Fitzgerald Auto.mall. Nice place. I recommend them with high marks. I'm in New York, but they BLOW Eagle Chevrolet in Riverhead away.... Eagle, you blew it. I had to go to a different state to get a great deal on a Chevy vehicle YOUR DEALERSHIP SUCKS!!!!
I gave a 1 for a million reason, the biggest being that we were charged for a "new" rusty manifold and gaskets, and only the gasket was replaced. That was covered under warranty, but we had to pay out of pocket for bolts that "accidentally" broke, so I was charged 2 hrs labor as well. A rip off even with having the extended warranty.
