Wife’s car died last Monday. Shopped around for a vehicle at Tri State Nissan in Winchester. Found one we wanted on Tuesday and came in on Friday to get the “Black Friday Deals!” Dealership wouldn’t come down in price. Found several cars that we exactly the same but they wouldn’t budge. Hassle free. I love this place. It's not your typical dealership. Can't say the same for Criswell.
excellent service, but expensive(i.e.$500 for a spark plug change). I don't know what is worse, engine design or labor cost!
I would highly recommend this dealership, especially John Lee. Very attentive to wants and needs, no pressure, and very knowledgeable!
