Having struggled to find a gym or class I felt comfortable going to especially when it came to lifting weights my friend found Fit & Vital.. this gym is so welcoming and the ladies are so encouraging as are Sean & Jade. I've never enjoyed a gym as much as I do and so happy I joined nearly 3 years ago.

Highly recommend Fit&Vital Life . Sean & Jade are amazing , patient, knowledgeable helpful , friendly & professional. All the classes are so varied . I Feel & look so much better , stronger , more toned . Really friendly ladies , not cliquey . I look forward to going . Having tried other classes / gyms before this one is a perfect fit & I would highly recommend it , thanks .

This is a lovely, friendly gym, it's not intimidating at all. Sean and Jade are knowledgeable and supportive, I really enjoy their workouts as they are a bit different each time but manageable!

Joining Fit & Vital has been absolutely life changing for me! Perimenopausal, weight gain, loss of confidence and just lost a bit of myself. Sean and Jade made me feel comfortable immediately, they helped me through an initial programme of reviewing and educating me on what I should be eating and how to train during menopause ( all the regular ways just hadn’t worked for me! ) which in turn helped with the symptoms and lack of sleep!
