Saw an ad for Fitter Body Ladies in December and showed it to a friend, we decided to join together in January on the 28 day program and signed up as permanent members in February. We both absolutely love it (most of the time!) I have been a gym member before and would be full on, or not at all but with FBL it’s easily accessible classes, so the motivation to attend is so much higher. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 💪💪💪💪 😍😍😍😍 I have always wanted to join a gym but, as an older lady, I didn’t have the confidence. At Fitter Body Ladies that all changed. Nadine and her team plan fantastic, varied workouts with proper warm-ups and cool-downs, so I can relax knowing I’m doing the right thing. Best thing I ever have done these ladies have changed my life made me fitter and more confident as well as talk about our wellbeing make lifetime friends have fun laugh and get fit nutrition advice and health advice as well as helping in getting fitter stronger and great mood and motivation unlike any gym I've been to im vicky B and FBL Bowthorpe are amazing I encouraged every lady over 30 to over 50 60 and beyond to join come give them a look
