Finally found something which suits me! All female members and coaches, and they are all great coaches btw . Helpful beginners & intermediate options for some of the exercises. Great variation of exercises and routines - I never knew there were so many! I find the Nutritional & motivational support really useful. No supplements involved, just the right foods and meal planning. I’ve just completed week 10, I’ve lost just over 4kg and I will definitely be keeping this up.

Love these classes, think I’ve tried virtually all of the classes on my 28 day programme. Best decision I made was to join Fitter Body Ladies. I’m not a gym lover, I don’t like a lot of the bravado that goes with them, so FBL was definitely up my street. April and Sue are both fantastic teachers, the classes are fun, and the ladies are so welcoming. It’s a mixture of ages and there’s a real community feel. Hi just coming up to the end of my 28 day kick start It’s been absolutely amazing everyone is so friendly the coaches April & Susan are very professional there really supportive and knowledgeable , Definitely joining on a new contract if your thinking of it don’t hesitate just give it a go !!
