I have attended this gym for nearly 4 years now , it is very friendly and everyone is encouraging and positive. There is the opportunity to have 1:2:1 planning/goal setting with the coaches to monitor your progress. The sessions are great fun, lots of variety and can be tailored to your individual needs if you have an injury or any limitations.The hardest thing you’ll have to do it walk through the door on the first day , then you’ll never look back !!
