I have 2 friends who have been telling me for sometime how great Fitter Body Ladies is. - I didn’t believe it could be any better or different from other gyms I’d joined in the past. I thoroughly recommend this gym . I have never been very good at exercise or being energetic full stop but am now inspired. I have been going for just over a year now. I appreciate the fact the coaches get to know you and support you regardless of ability level .. almost like having a personal trainer. I have just had a month off for various reasons and the one to one advice and support by text from Bela during this has been greatly appreciated. I have been a member of FBL over 2 years and still enjoying every minute. The classes are varied and suit all fitness levels. If you are after a challenge you will also find it here while supported by great coaches and like minded bunch of fabulous women. We work out hard and laugh even harder. I wouldn't be without it!
I joined FBL Daventry in January 2025 on a 28 Day Transformation programme which promised personalised approach and support for weight loss.
