Absolutely love FBL. Great bunch of ladies, good coach, good fun, good laugh and it works. We're all different ages, shapes and sizes with different levels of fitness. Go at your own pace and enjoy the changes you'll see and feel as well as making new friends.

Highly recommend!! For women over 30 with a variety of classes to get you fitter and healthier. Just what I was looking for. None of this "going to the gym where a lot of people sit on the machines on their phones".. Here you arrive, get a good warm up, know what's coming and then you get on with a great circuit training, followed by a cool down and that's it. Love FBL and the inclusive community of ladies supporting ladies - just passed my 4 year anniversary and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else - the sessions are varied and you go at your own pace - no judgement just great fun ! Andy is a great trainer and makes you feel very comfortable - sign up for 6 weeks and I guarantee you’ll be hooked !! Nothing to lose :)

I have been attending Fitter Bodies since March and I absolutely love it. the classes are fab and lots of times throughout the day and week, they are always different and fun. The ladies are all lovely and so welcoming (nothing worse than walking into a class for the first time) Andy helps you and talks through everything with you. if you are looking for a good fun workout with a great bunch of people definitely give this place a try you won't be disappointed 💪
