I’ve used Fitted Carpet Co a couple of times myself and yesterday they completed the flooring for my parents new flat. They are all super friendly, professional, and obviously love what they do - they have always gone the extra mile and take pride in doing a great job. I Purchased a carpet from this company, very pleased with the quality and fitting, however, had a big lump of wasted carpet due to them not coming round to measure first, they said they know the sizes of Dagenham homes, so I basically wasted some money, probably would not have been a lot but all helps, the other thing they said they would come round and trim some of the door to the bedroom because carpet/ underlay was much thicker than the previous carpet, anyway they didnt turn up, I now wished I had not paid for the carpet... read more
