Before I joined Fitness Lady, working out was a drudgery. But since joining, two years ago, I love to work out! The staff is VERY knowledgeable and pleasant. I find myself planning my day around my workout and am disappointed if I can't fit it in. If you are a lady between the ages of 15 and 115, I highly recommend Fitness Lady.
Love this place!!! The people that work here are great. The center is well kept up.
Fitness lady is a great place to go and get in shape. I love the pool aerobics, but there is something for everyone.
